At HOLOCOSMIC, we treat every order as a unique piece of art. We do not maintain a pre-printed inventory; instead, every mural and canvas is manufactured on demand specifically for you.

1. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is one to two weeks. This period is divided into two phases:

  • Production Phase (Printing): As a custom-made product, the high-precision printing process and the curing of eco-friendly inks typically take 3 to 5 business days. We ensure every detail is perfect before it leaves the studio.
  • Transit Phase: Once the artwork passes our quality control, it is handed over to the courier. Transit time depends on your geographic location.

2. High-Resistance Packaging

We understand how important it is for your art to arrive in pristine condition. Therefore:

  • All murals are shipped rolled in high-density, rigid cardboard tubes.
  • This format protects the paper from impacts and prevents any creasing or pressure marks during transit.
  • Large-scale works (from 2 to 5 meters) are specially reinforced to guarantee their structural integrity.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your artwork’s journey until it reaches your door.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the dimensions of the product and the delivery address.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of [Spain / European Union], please be aware that:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country.
  • These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

6. What to do if the package arrives damaged?

It is essential to inspect the condition of the tube upon delivery. If you notice the packaging is dented, open, or shows clear signs of damage:

  1. Take a photo of the package before opening it.
  2. If possible, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery slip when signing.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours so we can immediately process a replacement.

Return Policy

At HOLOCOSMIC, every piece of art—from our canvases to our large-scale murals—is made to order according to the customer’s specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy is governed by the following terms:

1. Custom-Made Products (No Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with standard industry practices and legal exceptions for personalized goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or “buyer’s remorse” after the order has been processed.
  • Customer errors in measuring or entering dimensions into the order form.
  • Color dissatisfaction (please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor’s calibration).
  • Incorrect selection of design, material, or finish by the user.

Legal Note for Customers in the European Union: While EU law generally grants a 14-day return period, Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU provides a specific exception for goods “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.” As our art is manufactured on demand (Print-on-Demand), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

2. Exceptions: Damaged Items or Production Errors

Your satisfaction and the integrity of the artwork are our top priorities. We will only process exchanges or refunds in the following cases:

  • Shipping Damage: If the rigid protective tube or the material arrives with visible damage.
  • Printing Errors: If the artwork has manufacturing defects or clear imaging errors that do not match the requested design.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a design or dimensions different from those confirmed in your order.

3. Claim Procedure

If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error, you have [48 hours/7 days] from the date of delivery to notify us:

  1. Send an email to the contact form on this website.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the defective product and the packaging.
  3. Once the error is verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund, as applicable.

4. Recommendations Before Purchasing

To ensure your mural is perfect, we strongly recommend:

  • Measuring your wall at least twice to avoid sizing errors. Add 2 to 4 inches (5 to 10 cm) to both the width and height to compensate for any unevenness in the ceiling, corners, or floor. Once the paper is hung, the excess can be easily trimmed with a utility knife to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Carefully reviewing the design and material selected in your cart before finalizing the payment.
