Materials & Installation HOLOCOSMIC
Murales artísticos de Iván - HoloCosmic. Proceso de montaje.
This work has been conceived not merely as a wall covering, but as a centerpiece of architectural design. Below are the specifications that guarantee its exclusivity and lifelong durability.

1. The Canvas: Gallery Quality (Premium Non-Woven)

Material: High-density natural fiber Non-Woven paper.
Finish: Deep matte with an organic micro-texture. This finish eliminates artificial light glare, ensuring that the depth of the landscape and the sculptural shadows remain realistic from every angle in the room.
Breathability: Open-pore material that allows the wall to breathe, preventing moisture buildup and ensuring a perfect bond for decades.
2. Chromatic Precision Printing
Technology: 9-color UltraChrome injection. Unlike standard 4-color printing, our technique captures gradients that are otherwise impossible to achieve—essential for the realism of metal, stone, and atmospheric mists.
Eco-Friendly Inks: Printed with Greenguard Gold certified inks, guaranteeing vibrant colors, maximum lightfastness, and a healthy, odor-free environment for your home.
Light Stability: Certified UV-protected inks. Colors will not fade or degrade even with direct exposure to sunlight.
3. Custom Design and Composition
Proportional Adjustment: Each mural is manually tailored prior to printing, based on the exact dimensions provided in your order.
Visual Continuity: Wide-panel system with millimeter-precision joints, creating a seamless, fluid image without visual interruptions.
4. Certifications and Safety
Fire Resistance: European B1 classification (fire retardant), suitable for luxury residences and high-end commercial projects.
Sustainability: Certified eco-friendly inks, free of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), making them safe for bedrooms and children’s spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our artistic murals can be installed by a professional wallpaper hanger, or you can choose to do it yourself. If you decide to take on the project, we’ve provided a series of practical tips to guide you through the process. The mural also comes with an instruction guide.

To ensure maximum protection and reduce shipping costs, we ship your mural rolled in a high-resistance, rigid cardboard tube. This prevents any creasing or fold marks and makes it easier to handle until the moment of installation.

Not at all. It is much simpler than traditional wallpaper. Since it is Non-Woven, the adhesive is applied directly to the wall. This allows you to slide the panels into place for a perfect fit before the paste dries. The material will not stretch or shrink.

The material is both resilient and durable. To remove dust, simply use a feather duster or a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive moisture on the surface.

MOUNTING GUIDE

from canvas to Frame

This guide is designed to help you get the most out of your artwork, whether you prefer the classic texture of cotton or the high-impact visual of satin.

Shipping & Delivery Options:

  • Cotton Canvas: You can choose to receive your canvas rolled in a high-resistance tube for DIY mounting, or take it to a professional framer.
  • Satin: Due to its delicate nature and technical properties, this artwork is shipped exclusively as a roll. You must mount it yourself or take it to a specialist, as it is not shipped pre-mounted on a frame to ensure the surface arrives in pristine condition.

Visual Differences: Cotton vs. Satin

The material you choose drastically changes the presence of the artwork in your space:

  • Cotton Canvas (Matte/Natural): Offers a matte finish and a distinct organic texture. It is ideal for spaces with lots of natural light because it does not produce reflections or glare. The colors are deep and elegant, providing a classic artistic feel.
  • Satin (High Gloss/Vibrant): The go-to option for maximum impact. It features an intense gloss and much more vivid, saturated colors. Its silky finish reflects light sophisticatedly, bringing contrasts and metallic or vibrant details to life.

Mounting Options

1. Traditional Wooden Stretcher Bar Mounting

The most common method involves stretching the fabric over a wooden structure (stretcher bars).

  • Pro Tip: If you are mounting Satin, wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints or oils on the glossy surface.
  • Technique: Always staple in a “cross” pattern (center top, center bottom, center left, center right) and work your way toward the corners, maintaining even tension.

2. The “Canvas-on-Canvas” Option (Highly Recommended for Satin)

An excellent and cost-effective technique is to purchase an inexpensive pre-stretched blank canvas of the same dimensions as your artwork.

  • How to do it: Do not remove the original white fabric. Simply place your satin or cotton print over it and staple it onto the existing frame.
  • The Advantage: The underlying white fabric acts as a “cushion,” giving the piece more body, preventing the wood of the frame from showing through, and protecting the print from the back.

3. Rigid Support Mounting (MDF or Wood)

For a minimalist look without the “bounce” of a stretched canvas:

  • You can use an MDF (medium-density fiberboard) panel.
  • Apply a pH-neutral spray adhesive to the board and carefully lay the fabric, using a clean rubber brayer (roller) to remove any air bubbles.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

It is not difficult, but it requires more delicacy than cotton. Since it is a more fluid and glossy fabric, any fold or lack of tension is more noticeable. The “Canvas-on-Canvas” option (Option 2) is the easiest method for beginners.

This is normal due to changes in humidity. If your frame has keys (small wooden triangles in the corners), tap them gently with a hammer to expand the frame and restore tension.

Yes, but with extreme caution. Always iron on the reverse side (non-printed side) at a very low temperature without steam. Place a clean cloth between the iron and the artwork for extra safety.

Prints are already protected and optimized for brightness. It´s not recommend applying manual varnishes to the satin, as it may disrupt the uniform finish or create unwanted streaks.

Satin: Use an extra-soft, completely dry microfiber cloth. Because it is a glossy surface, avoid rubbing hard to prevent micro-scratches. Never use liquids.

Cotton: Use a feather duster or a dry microfiber cloth.

From Lost-Wax Casting to the Author’s Hand

Alchemical Jewelry

Each piece of cosmic Jewelry is born from a process that bridges ancestral tradition and technical precision. My designs are initially manifested using the lost-wax casting technique, a method that allows the complexity of cosmic geometry to be captured with absolute fidelity.

Once cast, the pendants are refined and polished by the hands of a master silversmith. Finally, I complete each work myself in my studio, carefully integrating the natural crystals. This final step is essential, as it is the moment when the geometric structure and the mineral essence unite to complete the piece.

Material Care Guide

To ensure the frequency and brilliance of your jewelry endure within your daily architecture, I recommend the following care based on its composition:

A noble metal that may tarnish due to oxygen or skin PH. Clean it with a soft microfiber cloth or specific silver cleaning products. Avoid contact with chlorine or perfumes.

These metals possess a unique warmth that evolves over time, acquiring a highly valued antique patina. To restore their original shine, use a soft metal cleaner or a natural lemon and baking soda solution.

The most durable material, requiring minimal maintenance. It does not rust or lose its shine, making it ideal for intensive daily wear.

Since they are manually glued, avoid soaking the piece in hot water for long periods or striking it against hard surfaces. To clean the crystal, use a slightly damp cloth.
